The Lalit, Jaipur

Who is not fond of luxury? Well I am one person who works hard and loves to party harder to the core! So I love to indulge in luxury whenever I get to. After long hours at the hospital for weeks, whenever I take a break, I make sure that every moment of my relax time is well spent. So its a five star hotel stay for me whenever possible. I don't drink neither I smoke. So I believe that I can afford pampering myself and my family once in a while. That is why I earn! I won't say that I can afford a five star every place I go (we are frequent travelers). But whenever we stay in a luxury property, my wife keeps on raving for months! Last year we had an incredible stay in The Lalit Jaipur and it was one memorable experience! Partly because the stay was so gorgeous and partly because it was the first five star stay for our then one and half year old daughter.
The Lalit Jaipur is pretty close to the airport. Having said that its situated in a peaceful area, away from the hustle bustle of the city. The moment we stepped in the hotel, we knew we were for a lovely stay. The interiors are impeccably done, just like The Lalit, Delhi. But what impressed us the most was the warm hospitality of the staff.
The staff would greet you with a warm Namaste wherever you would come across them. They were particularly more affectionate towards our daughter, who seemed to grab everyone's attention and pampering. Our room had a gorgeous view of the pool. Since it was a first for our tiny daughter, she would spend hours staring at the pool and utter Pani Pani :D The room was beautifully done up with a fruit platter on welcome. My wife particularly loved the bathroom which had Kronokare toiletries and a Chinese Bamboo shoot. I am not much of an aesthetic person; but even I would say that greens in a bathroom cheer me up!
Apart from a good night sleep what is very important is the food. And The Lalit Jaipur lived upto our expectations. We had dinner and breakfast at the 24 7 restaurant and was amazing. Partly because of the sumptuous food and partly because of the warmth of the staff. Since we don't drink, we had mocktails which were exceptionally good. Also the bakery products at breakfast had my wife hogging like anything! They arranged a baby chair for our daughter so that she could be comfortable. When the manager came to know that she eats just butter, he brought a handful of them to the table for her She was thrilled!
The pool is big but not deep. That is such a relief! The Rejuve spa was very relaxing. I did not get time to use the gym.
Just like our stay, the check in and check out was smooth and hassle free! It was one of the most luxurious stays of my life and I would definitely like to go back again! #MMTLuxuryStays
